Zoo Med ReptiSafe Water Conditioner 2.25 oz

Zoo Med ReptiSafe Water Conditioner is an instant terrarium water conditioner formulated for reptile drinking water, chameleon drip systems, amphibian enclosures, aquatic turtle habitats, and other applications where tap water must be conditioned before use. ReptiSafe removes chlorine and chloramines, neutralizes ammonia and nitrites, and detoxifies heavy metals including copper, lead, mercury, and cadmium. It also provides essential ions and electrolytes that support hydration and helps stimulate natural slime-coat development in amphibians and fish.

For reptile and terrarium drinking water, add 2 drops of ReptiSafe to each cup (8 fl oz / approximately 237 mL) of tap water. Reapply whenever the drinking water is changed. For aquatic species, add 1 teaspoon (5 mL) per 5 gallons of tap water and treat all new or replacement water. The conditioner works immediately, allowing treated water to be used without a waiting period.

The 2.25 oz bottle contains approximately 66 mL and is a compact size suitable for routine reptile and amphibian water treatment. Components include water, a dechloraminating agent, synthetic organic polymers (colloids), a chelating agent, and electrolytes. Store tightly closed in a cool, dry location away from excessive heat and direct sunlight.
