I ordered online and pickup in store from Caliber Exotic Supply and got an assortment of feeders for my reptiles, unfortunately they were out of stock on the one item I requested but I got an immediate refund so no issues there. I recently adopted my beautiful Boa from Caliber Exotic Supply in Cambridge and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first visit, Jay and Jen were incredibly helpful, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. They took the time to answer all my questions, offered excellent advice on care and setup, and made sure I felt confident bringing my new snake home.The quality of their animals is outstanding, and my Boa has been doing fantastic. I’ve also been very impressed with their supplies,  especially their feeders. The quality and variety they offer are excellent.If you’re looking for a reputable exotic animal supplier in Ontario, I highly recommend Caliber Exotic Supply. Jay and Jen clearly care about both their animals and their customers. I’ll definitely be returning for all future supplies and will be recommending them to anyone interested in boas or other exotics. I also strongly encourage everyone to support Jay & Jen with their GoFundMe campaign for a future expansion to help rescued exotics,  it’s a sorely needed project and they deserve all the support they can get. Super friendly we got a pack of Canadian night crawlers,l which our pink tongued skink loved, they are captive bred so parasite free, which is a life saver since no other place seems to have them captive bred, everything is fairly priced and all animals are well loved, we will definitely be returning again
