Safety rules: I agree that I will follow all staff directions at all times, practice hand hygiene before and after animal contact, handle animals only with staff permission and as instructed, disclose any injury immediately to staff, and stop an activity when instructed. Participation is voluntary. The participant acknowledges inherent animal, premises, equipment, allergy, and zoonotic-disease risks and agrees to follow all staff directions. To the extent permitted by Ontario law, the adult signer releases and holds harmless Caliber and its owners, staff, volunteers, and agents from claims arising from inherent risks or ordinary negligence connected with the activity. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A parent or legal guardian signing for a minor provides participation consent and accepts the stated supervisory responsibilities; this form does not state that the guardian can waive the minor’s independent legal rights.
