Live Feeder Mice

Live feeder mice are a dependable whole prey option for snakes, lizards, and other small predators. Each feeder is produced with consistent sizing so reptile keepers can easily select the correct prey size for their animal.

Whole prey feeding provides a natural balance of muscle, bone, and organs. This delivers protein, calcium, fats, and essential nutrients that reptiles require for proper growth, energy, and overall health.

Feeder mice are commonly used for:

• hatchling and juvenile ball pythons
• corn snakes
• king snakes
• milk snakes
• hognose snakes
• young boas and pythons
• small carnivorous reptiles

As snakes grow, many species transition from mice to rats or larger prey items to better match their nutritional needs.

Available sizes:

Pinky (1-3g) — newborn mice ideal for hatchling snakes
Fuzzy (4-6g) — early fur stage prey for growing juveniles
Hopper (7-10g) — active juvenile mice for small to mid-size snakes
Small (10-14g) — commonly used for juvenile and sub-adult snakes
Large (18-29g) — the largest mouse size, often used before transitioning to rats

As a general guideline, prey should be approximately the same width as the widest part of your reptile’s body to support safe digestion and strong feeding responses.
