The “Santa Isabel” locale of Epipedobates anthonyi, commonly known as the Phantasmal Poison Dart Frog, is a highly active and visually striking species displaying cream or pale yellow striping over bronze-brown coloration.

These frogs are well regarded for their bold daytime activity, calling behavior, and hardiness in properly maintained tropical vivariums.

Captive bred Poison Dart Frogs are non-toxic in captivity.

Feeding
