Frozen Feeder Rabbit

Frozen feeder rabbits are a premium whole prey option designed for large reptiles that require substantial, nutrient-dense meals. These feeders are ideal for boas, large pythons, monitors, and other heavy-bodied predators.

Each rabbit is humanely euthanized and immediately frozen to preserve nutritional integrity. Every feeder is individually vacuum sealed, ensuring maximum freshness, reduced freezer burn, and clean, easy storage.

Size Options

Available in multiple weight ranges to support proper prey sizing based on your animal’s needs. Always select a prey item that is appropriately sized for safe digestion.

Feeding Use

Rabbits are best suited for larger reptiles that have outgrown traditional rodent feeders. They provide a natural feeding response and help maintain healthy body condition in mature animals.

Nutritional Benefits

• Complete whole prey nutrition
• High protein content for growth and maintenance
• Supports strong muscle development
• Ideal for large constrictors and advanced keepers

Proper Thawing Method (Vacuum Sealed Prey)

1. Keep the prey sealed in the vacuum bag during the initial thaw.

2. Place the sealed prey in cold water and allow it to gradually thaw.

3. Once fully thawed, remove from the bag.

4. Warm the prey using warm water (not hot) until it reaches a natural body temperature.

5. Dry the prey before offering to your animal.

Important Notes

• Never microwave prey items
• Do not use boiling or very hot water, this can damage tissue and reduce feeding response
• Do not refreeze once thawed
• Always supervise feeding

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at all times until use.
