Every animal in our care is treated as an individual, not a product. Juvenile snakes require an exceptional level of attention during their earliest and most vulnerable stage of life, with careful monitoring of feeding, growth, health, and behavior to ensure they are set up for long-term success. This additional care and oversight is reflected in a higher adoption fee, which also helps ensure adopters are fully prepared for the responsibility of raising a young animal properly. Adult snakes, by contrast, are often fully established and easier to assess, and we intentionally keep their adoption fee lower to encourage loving placements for animals that are too often overlooked. Our pricing is guided by compassion, responsibility, and the belief that every animal deserves a stable, informed, and committed home.
