Caliber Exotic Supply is the place to go! Jen & Jay were both so great with helping me adopt my snake. They introduced me to all the snakes and told me all about their different personalities until I found the perfect one. They also beat all the pet stores with feeder rat prices!! If you need feeders your best bet is Caliber, the best I've come across when it comes to the balance of quality of product and price. I find it hard to find feeders local in St Catharines and the effort they put into everything makes the travel out to them more than worth it. They vacuum pack the rats for your order (pinkies came in packs of 4, mediums came individual), clearly label them with what they are with the actual weight per single, which I personally love all around. After talking with Jen and Jay you can easily tell they love what they do and are in it for the better of the animals all around, including the rescue work they do and their customer service.

My family had an amazing experience picking up a snake from Caliber. They were so kind to myself and my children and they answered any questions we had while letting us browse all of the snakes to find our perfect match. The adoption part was swift and we received a massive guide for caring for the snake that I printed off.
